President, is responsible for all North American livestock and companion animal endeavors. He also serves as part of Allflex's global Executive Council. He received his Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degrees from California Lutheran University. Fischer began his career with Allflex Tag Company in 1984 and assumed his current role in 2015 after serving as the Senior Vice President for all Commercial Activities. He has served as NCBA Allied Industry Council Chairman, NCBA Board of Directors and Executive Committee and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the National Institute of Animal Agriculture. A native of New York State, he has lived in Texas since 1990 with his wife, Karen. They have three children - Stephanie, Bryan and Kyle.
VP Operations Allflex North America oversees production facilities in the USA and Canada for the Allflex group. Activities include product procurement, production optimization, new product development and facility maintenance. Stewart started Allflex in 1990 in New Zealand, as a toolmaker. He has held positions in operations as well as sales, in multiple countries. His vast knowledge regarding the Allflex product line and our business is a significant asset to our North America and Global operations. Nathan and his wife Georgette reside in Dallas near the Allflex USA facility.
National Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Allflex North American Sales team and also manages commercial sales activity in Mexico. Becerril has held sales, product management and sales management positions since 1988 with Allflex. Becerril is a member of NCBA as well as Texas Cattle Feeders Association. Jon resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Sophia.
North America Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting marketing efforts in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Activities include marketing and communication with distribution, marketing plans for each region, national tradeshows, sales and marketing meetings, advertising and support materials, sales support efforts and production planning. Holt serves as Western States Hereford Association Director, Animal Health Committee Chairman of the Idaho Cattle Association (ICA) and is the Advisor for the Idaho Junior Hereford Association. Holt is a graduate of Washington State University. He and his wife Kim, and their two children Emilee and Ben, live in Caldwell, ID.
Marketing and Commercial Services Manager is responsible for marketing, communications, customer service and sales support functions for North America. Works directly with IT staff regarding systems integration for customer service, as well as operations and production. Additionally, she acts as liaison for official programs at the state, provincial and National levels. Donna resides in Roanoke, TX with husband Brian, and has 2 children-Aaron and Christi, and 2 grandchildren–Taylor and Anderson.
Marketing Assistant works directly with management and sales staff on all marketing related fronts. She is responsible for supporting the commercial efforts through ad development and placements, mailings, detailers, catalogs and other printed goods. Additionally, she guides electronic media - including websites and social media projects throughout North America. Lastly, she assists our tradeshow efforts, at all levels. Alex resides in Texas and has one son - Noah.
