Allflex USA Strengthens RFID Customer Support 

Allflex USA is proud to announce the addition of two new members to the technical support team, Simon Alfaro, EID Technical Specialist, and Jay Lewis, Technical Services Specialist.

Lewis joins the Allflex team to provide internal product support for hardware and software issues and will help customers perform troubleshooting and/or repairs on existing EID systems. In addition, he will assist regional managers and the technical field team with creating and implementing procedures that will optimize the work flow into and out of the technical department.

As EID Technical Specialist, Alfaro will work closely in the field with Associate Technical Manager, Chuck Rogers, to install RFID antenna systems across the U.S. He and Lewis will partner in providing internal support for customers and regional managers alike.
